Welcome to Seim Camping!

Seim camping is placed at the “Seim farm" in the very centre of Røldal and by the shore of the lake, “Røldalsvatnet". The campsite is in quiet and family friendly surroundings, with a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The campsite has its own beach, a 100 meters walking distance from the site, for swimming and fishing.

The village Røldal is situated at the border of Hardangervidda national park, 400 m above sea level , moreover also known for the ancient stave church with its crucifix, known for having healing powers.

Røldal is the perfect starting point for hiking summer or fall, and has excellent ski slopes, and offpist possibilities during winter. In wintertime there is a 10km track for crosscountry skiing right outside the cabins.

At Seim Camping we have four modern and well equipped cabins, build in 2006, for allyear rental, and four smaller cabins, 2 of them also for rental during the winter.

At the Seim farm there is also a grave field from the iron age, with 12 well preserved barrows and there is an exhibition in the old farmhouse at the farm, showing the pieces which have been discovered.
